UPDATE New Classes Wanted Added: Death Knight, Mage, Retribution Pala

This is the time of year you should really consider applying. The PTR is up, testing is well underway, with heroic modes just around the corner, giving us and yourself the perfect opportunity, for you to see how the guild works, for us to see how you perform during progress, how reliable and dedicated you are. Showing up for those 0 notice, very late night raids can help you a lot in convincing us that, it is you we have been missing from the guild all along.

We are looking for new members to build up our roster for Deathwing and beyond. We are striving to regain our number 1 status and I believe it is an exciting time to play in the guild as we work hard to achieve that goal with an injection of new blood into the roster.

What we need from you:

Be motivated to be first, if you don't really care that much then you aren't going to do well.

Have complete dedication to perfecting your play and your character.

Be reliable and attend almost every raid. We need to know that you will be there and, if you can't, we need to know in advance.

Have a working microphone and be able to communicate when needed.

An interest in playing alts regularly in raids.

You will get harsh criticism when you make mistakes so you have to be able to take that and improve. We know you are writing this application now, but are you absolutely sure this is what you want? We don't need people who are not determined to make things work and be the best, whatever it takes!

Be able to play long hours on progress including during the day. While this period of intense raiding may not last long you must be able to not only make time for it but have the stamina to perform throughout it.

We are not going to put too much emphasis on experience and gear. If you think you are the best player in your guild and you want to play at a higher level, give applying a try and you might be surprised. You don't need to have been playing for 5 years either, just have some good experience in at least the recent part of the game. Some of our members didn't even start playing till Wrath of the Lich King. I think it's common that a lot of people do not believe that they can play in a top 10 guild but it isn't that hard, so with a little confidence we invite you to step into the box.

What you can expect from us:

A disciplined and hardcore raiding environment. As a guild we are totally focused on trying to be number 1 and we will never be happy unless that is where we are at.

To also provide a fun environment to play! A lot of our members do feel like playing as part of a social family is what raiding is about and you can definitely find that with us. We also play a lot of other games and have a good community for discussing TV Shows / Movies / Music. If you like watching or playing Starcraft 2 this is definitely a good guild for you!

Classes:

There is NO class restriction we are recruiting everything. Do not let it bother you if it seems like we have a lot of a particular class. If you are good you will raid and if you prove yourself you will get a solid spot. However currently we are especially looking for warlocks, moonkins, death knights, mages and retribution paladins.

During progress we can raid up to 16 hours a day for 7 days a week for weeks at a time. Are you comfortable meeting these requirements with 100% attendance?

Do you have any alts? Ensidia raids regularly with alts and it has become an important part of the game.

Would you be willing to switch your main class/spec if the guild asked you to?

How comfortable are you playing your classes off specs and do you have gear for them?

We use Ventrillo to communicate in raids. Are you comfortable being able to speak up during combat if needed? And do you know when to stop speaking if needed?
